Testing privacy notice

Tidal Mayhem is operated by RGV Web Design LLC, Texas. This notice describes the current testing build. Updated October 15, 2026.

Guest and offline play

You do not need an account. Cash, scores, settings and the garage are stored on your device or in your browser. During testing, the game does not upload this gameplay progress to cloud saves. Clearing browser storage or uninstalling can remove local progress. Offline browser play requires a completed download first.

Optional accounts

If you choose to sign in, Supabase processes your account email, authentication credentials, provider identity, security factors and session information. Google or Apple handles its own sign-in screen when that provider is available. Supabase stores authentication records even while cloud gameplay syncing is off. Passwords are sent over HTTPS to Supabase; the game does not store your password in its save file.

Browser sessions use the current tab’s session storage. On iOS, an available native sign-in may keep a refresh token in this device’s protected Keychain. Signing out clears the game’s local session. Public display names are shown only as account labels.

Hosting and offline storage

Cloudflare hosts the browser game and receives ordinary network requests, which can include an IP address and browser request information. A service worker stores public game files for offline use. It does not cache account, payment or advertising responses.

Ads and purchases

Live ads and real-money purchases are disabled in this testing release until provider setup is complete. When optional rewarded ads are activated, the game will ask the applicable provider’s privacy choices before requesting an ad. Google’s services may process device, network, consent and advertising information as described in its privacy policy. A canceled, unavailable or incomplete ad gives no reward. Playing as a guest does not require an ad.

Your choices and account removal

Use Settings → Account to sign out and Settings → Privacy for available ad privacy choices. To request deletion of a testing account or ask about your data, contact info@rgvwebsitedesign.com with “Tidal Mayhem account” in the subject. We may need to verify the request belongs to the account owner. Deleting an account does not automatically erase device-only guest saves.
